I have lived in southern NJ (Philly suburbs) all of my life. I've been in real estate as an agent since 2005 and have represented clients from Northern NJ down to Southern NJ. I always wanted to transition into RE investing, but didn't have the skill or belief that I could do it. I finally decided that if I didn't do anything, it would never happen. So I stepped out in faith and just started the process. I went through a well known guru (I know most don't agree with this path). However, for me it has been the best decision ever. I gained the confidence needed. I learned the systems that I needed to put in place. Now I'm in the middle of my second rehab for a fix n' flip. My first deal had multiple offers and sold within the first weekend on the market. I was able to get 100% financing on both deals through a HML with minimal money out of my own pocket. I knew how to run the numbers, so I knew I still had good deals even with the expenses associated with a HML. I'm now looking to partner with more Wholesalers to build my business who are in the South Jersey area --- Camden, Gloucester and Burlington counties. I learned about BPs years ago, but got reacquainted with it through the podcasts. (I LOVE the podcasts!!!) That's all I listen to in my car. I hope to become a solid contributor and learn from the experts in this community.
