Hi. I'm a small investor with 9 single family properties in HOA; all within 5 miles from my own house. I do 90% of work DIY with help of my family. I have purchased bank owned, FannieMae, and once through a tax auction. My goal is to create large enough portfolio so I can be involved with RE full time and my folks could retire comfortably. On an emotional note - I get thrills when it's time looking for another property!
