I am a full time COO in Austin, Texas that owns and operates home health and hospice agencies in San Antonio and Austin. I'm also a licensed real estate Broker. My husband is a family-law attorney and we have four young children age 6 and under! I recently sold one of our single family rental homes and rolled the proceeds into a packaged apartment deal (a 24 unit and a 10 unit) and am on track to do the same thing with our remaining three SFRs.
