I'm a former CPA turned successful software sales rep, living in Austin, TX. I bought my first house in August 2019 and just purchased my 2nd together with my girlfriend. I want to begin my journey in investment properties by renting out my previous primary. Looking for more experienced people to partner with, as I plan to absorb knowledge and education, while contributing my time, effort, and capital. I grew up with a father in the mortgage banking industry and have always been intrigued by real estate. I am new to real estate investing and hope to learn more about the real estate market and meet other like minded individuals. The more people I can meet and learn from, the better educated I can be to achieve success in REI.
