5/18/14 Living in a Northside Suburb of Indianapolis where I was born and raised. Married for 3.5yrs to my beautiful wife Jena. Living with a dog "Mae Mae" and my cat "McFlurry" in a 900sqft apartment attached to my Dad's house. I'm an Account Executive working full-time on a sales team with my Dad in the commercial furniture industry. Position includes sales, space planning + design, project management, and a high attention to detail. BUSINESS GOALS: -Create systems for marketing and acquiring deals -Create systems to fix and flip Turnkey properties -Implement the same systems to do retail Flips -Launch BETA for REI Startup www.REILDeals.com by July 2014 -Provide property management services by August 2014 LIFE GOALS: -Habitually balance my time between Personal/Spiritual, Family, Business, and Community -Build a sustainable income by September 2014 which will allow me to comfortably negotiate my full-time work schedule -Buy the house Jena wants to move into by August 2014 (contingent on her actually finding another one she really likes! lol) We just lost the house we really wanted because of the appraisal and financial/lending issues 5/16...
