Taylor Keller

My name is Taylor Keller, and I am a proud 14-year military veteran. After serving on active duty, I transitioned into a career as a firefighter. When I moved back to my home state of Utah, I purchased my first home and lived with roommates for several years. Eventually, I decided to relocate to the city. Before making the move, I asked my real estate agent if there was a way I could purchase a new property while keeping my current home as a rental. Fortunately, everything aligned—and that property remains a rental in my portfolio to this day. After living in my new home for a year and a half, I moved into my wife’s residence. I then decided to rent out the property I had been living in. However, this rental did not perform as well as I had hoped. The experience was frustrating and made me realize that I needed to be more than just lucky—I needed to become skilled. That was the moment I committed to educating myself on how to become a successful real estate investor. During this journey, I joined the South Jordan Fire Department, where I met Barclay Beveridge. Through many in-depth conversations, we discovered our shared passion for real estate investing. That connection led to the founding of Keller Beveridge Capital Group, a company built on a shared vision of financial growth, strategic investing, and long-term wealth creation.
