Taylor Marino

Broker and founder of Maestro Realty Group in Charlotte, NC. I've helped many investors grow their portfolios across Charlotte and have executed numerous 1031 exchanges along the way. My background also includes commercial real estate in the industrial and multifamily space, including time in acquisitions for a commercial developer. Today my focus is mainly residential, along with smaller multifamily and industrial deals when the right opportunity comes up. I'm an investor myself. I'm a house hopper, turning past primary residences into rentals, and I currently manage one rental property. I also added value to my primary residence by renovating it and permitting an ADU, so I understand the numbers from both sides of the table. Outside of real estate, I'm Principal Clarinet of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, a certified sommelier, and a board member of Charlotte Wine + Food. I'd love to connect with buyers, sellers, and renters in Charlotte.
