Taylor Wing

Taylor Wing is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Class of 2018, and a former Army officer with the 82nd Airborne Division. After building a rental portfolio that generated enough cash flow to reach a foundational level of financial freedom, Taylor transitioned out of active duty and relocated to South Florida to focus on raising his family and pursuing his passion for real estate. He now works full-time in real estate development with a luxury home builder in South Florida, where he plays an active role in high-end residential projects. In addition to his development work, Taylor manages a personal portfolio of 35 rental units, acquired through creative financing and value-add strategies. He also holds an active Florida real estate license and enjoys helping investors and homebuyers acquire properties, leveraging his expertise in investment analysis and negotiation. To date, Taylor has been involved in over $20 million in real estate transactions through flips, wholesales, and personal investments. Taylor has handled over $20 million dollars of real estate transactions through flips and wholesales and acquired 32 doors of rental real estate through creative finance and rehabbing.
