Founder of W&B Group LLC which is a cross-functional real estate company generally focused on property management, real estate tech solutions and real estate investing/development. 5+ years supporting and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) to assist with real estate business lines. Developed and maintained relationships with varies escrow and title companies, lenders, appraisers, and property inspectors. Maintain knowledge of real estate policies, principles, concepts, managed financial risk and sophisticated market knowledge, managed realty projects and provided analytical, technical, consultative, and/or strategic business support and analysis on real estate programs and current trends while leading teams for best technical practices aligned with weekly, monthly and quarterly business goals.
