I own a duplex in Cumberland, MD. My goal is to gracefully exit the rat race -- getting set up to expand on those that units by reading, listening, networking, and asking questions! My goal is to purchase two properties each year for the next five years, then grow to 3+ properties each year for the following five years, and continue until I have my desired amount of passive income.
