Winona Benson

Hello to all Biggerpockets members; my name is W.Benson and I am a newbie who resides in Pontiac MI. As of right now, I'm only speck on the sphere of the real estate circuit, but I am passionate about this new and risky journey that I'm about to embark on. I am a very transparent type of person who believes in honesty, integrity, and constructive criticism. Time has always been and always will be time, but time found a way to somehow elude me. I guess it is safe to say that time has let me in one more time, so I'll start here. I never thought that I would ever be interested in real estate and those that I know would probably think that I have blown a piston and this piston will never be found, but they would be wrong. The only thing that doesn't change is change itself and I have changed over the years. I have always had a yearning deep-down in my soul-a business type of yearning since I was thirteen years of age. Back then it was a recreation center because I loved basketball and we had no where to play. Then it turned into a car wash-that played out real fast. I then became stymied due to bad decisions I made. Now here's the ending of a new beginning; I've realized that I can't do it alone, I have no money and horrible credit due to the immature and sloppy financials decisions I've made. However, this is my vision and I have chosen to own this one. I know that a long the way there will deceivers, unbelievers, for they are the ones who have made it and will not allow your vision to become clearer. One thing I have learned from the sages of this age, and that is familiarize yourself with those who will celebrate you and not just tolerate you. I apologize if I've rambled a little too much; I just want to get to know you and to edify and encourage along the way. Just because I'm way behind doesn't mean that I want to see others fall behind.
