I design jet engines full time and invest in real estate part time. Looking to invest in real estate full time. Experience: I started investing in real estate in 2011. To date I have done five buy and hold deals and one live and flip. I'm primarily interested in doing more deals to build a strong buy and hold portfolio. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to continue to build my buy and hold portfolio to the point where I can leave the cubicle life, exit the rat race and be financially free. Currently Seeking: I'm currently seeking buy and hold investments. I'm looking for new ways of creative financing and ways to try and avoid putting 20% down for a conventional loan.
