Our company Chattanooga Property Solutions is focused on flipping single family houses in and around Chattanooga. I am also a agent with EXP Realty and enjoy helping other investors grow and learn. We noticed a strong trend picking up a few years ago and transitioned into more flips. We have consistently flipped about 10 houses a year for the past few years.
