Tito Pedraza

Hi, my name is Tito Pedraza, and I’m a residential real estate agent and architectural designer with expertise in the US' most competitive residential markets. I currently reside in LA after almost a decade cutting my teeth in NYC. Originally from Chicago, I earned my BA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to real estate, I worked on strategically developing fashion, lifestyle and hospitality brands, followed by a period overseeing marketing for a respected interior architect and designer. These years enabled me to develop the foresight and high level approach which has helped me excel as an agent and designer. After some time at Tungsten Partners​, a NYC brokerage & investment advisory firm responsible for the programming, retail partnerships and acquisitions of the ​Ace Hotel​s, as well as larger projects like the Brookfield Pier 70 waterfront development project in San Francisco, I'm now at Compass—building my residential practice working with buyers and sellers, well as investing in my own. As a natural progression of our real estate work working with creatives, my wife and I launched our very own interior design studio, Alta Projects, in 2019. This allows us to serve residential clients among others— with elevated, approachable staging and design. Our work has been recognized by national publications such as Dwell, Architectural Digest and Condé Nast Traveler. I'm eager to help fellow members build and grow. Looking forward to connecting!
