I am a 34 year old REI from Philadelphia. I am the founder of Collective Economics, a real estate investment company who uses the BRRRR method to build its company portfolio. I am looking to expand my professional network in Philadelphia, Cleveland, Milwaukee and Detroit. Experience: I am new to REI, but have done extensive research and reading. I am ready to hit the ground running!! Real Estate Goals: My goal is to build up my real estate company, which will be able to create passive income that can provide a steady stream of funds for all of its members.
