I own a mortgage note dealer. My company acquires distressed mortgage notes direct from large banks and hedge funds. We also sell performing and non-performing loans to investors. I am looking forward to learning from the BiggerPockets group to become a more successful investor. I am also looking forward to making whatever contribution I can to other BiggerPockets members.
