Marketing specialist and graphic designer turned RE investor and agent. I started out my business initially focused on pre-foreclosures and distressed property owners and have since branched out. I am a licensed REALTOR in VA- with Berkshire Hathaway in Reston. I love all things RE: helping buyers, sellers and renters. This past year I helped many first time home buyers navigate the process and win bidding wars. Buyer wish list: Fix & Flips in Northern VA (preferably townhomes), Multifamily, Buy & hold, off-market properties I've owned and manage my own rentals in the local area for 15+ years. I was originally inspired to get into investing by BiggerPockets, Matt Theriault's "Epic Real Estate" podcast and Wholesaler Rubin Rodriguez. I am a member of multi-family investing and the local GRID investor meetups.
