I am originally from California (central coast) and moved to Houston back in 2009. I fell into real estate investing over 25 years ago only because I had a fantasized idea of becoming a landlord and property owner. I would have to say that after much luck, a lot of work and assistance from family I managed to plow through with some success. I am a father of 3 and a step father of 4. Look forward to learning much and growing my portfolio.
