Celebrating nearly 2 decades in the Lowcountry, Erica has been a full time resident of Daufuskie Island since 2012. She is the proud founder and executive director of the Daufuskie Marsh Tacky Society, whose mission is to promote and protect our South Carolina State Heritage Horse through breeding, training and sales plus educational and special events programming. With a lifetime passion for horse sports, she is especially capable of guiding buyers and sellers of equestrian properties. Tony, partner, has been a full time resident and contractor on Daufuskie for 10 years. This power couple is enthusiastically focused on exceeding clients’ expectations by combining their decades of local knowledge, positive working relationships, process experience, new construction and remodel experience, logistics expertise and negotiation skills to get deals started and finished.
