About myself
I moved from New Jersey to the Myrtle Beach area in 2004. For the past 4 years I have been managing long term rental properties in this area and am a licensed Property Manager. This area is currently in need of rental properties. Everyday, people are moving to the area and there are not enough rental homes to accommodate the influx of new tenants. Single family homes are a hot commodity in the rental market right now. I am always looking for investors that would like own property at the beach.
