Tyson Taylor

I've been in the Denver area since 1998 and have been involved in real estate since college. I bought a 4-plex when I was a sophomore that helped me pay my way through school. Today, I own a little 5-plex that has great cash flow and a small industrial property I'm redeveloping into a tavern in an up-and-coming neighborhood. My professional career has focused around property acquisitions and entitlements, I am currently with an oil company doing acquisition work and land management. In the past I've worked acquiring leases and doing early work on wind energy projects. I also worked for a large private national home builder doing land acquisition and entitlements in the Denver metro area on all types of projects, they unfortunately were bankrupted in the 2008 industry-wide debacle. Prior to that I worked in land planning and project permitting.
