Aloha! I am a new investor on Maui, aspiring to become well versed in fix and flips and grow my rental portfolio. I have done 2 wholesales, acquired my first rental property in early 2021, and am about to close on Flip #2. I am originally from Tahiti, and moved to Maui at 18yo knowing nothing of the real world. Today, my goals and plans gained clarity and I intend to continue learning about real estate investing to achieve (or surpass!) my goals. I look forward to connecting with like minded people in the industry.
