I work a normal 8 to 4:30 job, have a wife and three children. In the past year and a half we took some equity in our home and purchased a 2 bed one bath in November 2017 and then a 3 bed two bath in July 2018. They have both proven to be good cash flow opportunities and we view them as long term, retirement assets. I work in healthcare but grew up in a construction family and am considering distressed properties and potential fix/flip opportunities locally. We are thankful to bigger pockets for this great way to meet other like minded investors and are open to learning as much as possible and connecting.
