I am looking to invest in small multi family rentals (2-4 units) in the Marquette MI area. I would like to speak to other investors in these areas. I would also appreciate advice from experienced investors on what possible options have worked best. Experience: Just starting. Real Estate Goals: To purchase properties in the next five years to enable me to have a good cash flow in retirement. Currently Seeking: Tax liens and Tax deeds.
