Have developed over $100 million of commercial and residential property. Professionally, currently oversee a portfolio of over 60 commercial properties across 12 states. We have a very well established network in the Florida and Georgia markets, including long-term relationships with contractors, lenders, PM firms and brokers that are actively presenting deals for consideration. In addition to my commercial real estate employment responsibilities, I personally invest in and develop residential property with high potential for cash flow and appreciative value.
