Hello! I'm an Australian lawyer working in Dubai, UAE. I began investing remotely in 2020, with single family purchases in IL, MI, MO, NY and OH. My starting strategy is to build capital and experience by buying foreclosures in varied locations. Some I'm on-selling, others I am rehabbing and others will be long term rentals (BRRRR). In time, my plan is to focus on a few, selected markets like Dayton, OH; Atlanta, GA; Mobile or Birmingham or Montgomery, AL; St Louis and Kansas City, MO, and maybe Charlotte, NC. My investment company is Little Aussies LLC, and my motivation is to build a better financial future for my young family through real estate investment in USA.
