I am the founder and managing principal of Teton Properties. I started investing in and managing rental properties in 2013 while attending night school for a graduate degree with a concentration in real estate. With limited capital at the beginning, I house hacked my way to 20 rental properties on Chicago’s North side. I have acted as a broker, contractor, general contractor, and property manager for numerous multifamily investments in the Chicago area. My approach to real estate is founded in the belief that a property manager should be a trusted advisor and that hard work, integrity, and reputation will lead to success.
