Tevin Swain

Hello , my name is Tevin Swain and I live in the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania . I am currently a paraprofessional at a private school and an insurance agent . I have been interested in real estate investing since I’ve been 15 years old, I am now 26 so I feel that I am certainly ready. I am currently repairing my credit (tragic) and learning about the different strategies in investing . I am particularly interested in building my rental portfolio with multi family properties , single family homes and eventually using the BRRRR method and rehabbing homes . My hopes are to create meaningful relationships and strong partnerships to better serve my community and it certainly won’t hurt to build wealth and create an additional income while doing it. I look forward to connecting and meeting soon!!
