Been buy and hold in DFW area since 2009. I am also a member of a syndication deal of 41 units. There is always more to learn but I am willing to share what I know. Update: Sold the 41 unit for 230% gain including both, cash flow (12.7 average per year) and equity gain. I am also in 38 unit (2015 purchase) and a 256 unit as of March or 2017. I still hold my single family portfolio for now......
