Two goals were paramount to me; generating a return on invested capital, and the return of invested capital. Real Estate is providing both. I have been investing in Real Estate for the past 4 years and can proudly state that I am on track to achieve these goals. After spending too many years in corporate life, I have recently dedicated myself full time to Real Estate Investing full time with concentration in the Reno, Spark, Carson City and surrounding area. Motivation, discipline, execution, and continual learning are the cornerstone for this success. Resources such as Bigger Pockets have been a valuable component in this evolution.
