Todd Fithian

Hi my name is Todd Fithian and I'm a goal driven person who is looking to be a successful goal driven person, hopefully through real estate. From the time I was a child I have been involved in my fathers rentals, from maintaining them (sometimes forced) to having him teach me about the finances, so it was a small seedling idea, grown into an interest I can no longer ignore. I have been a co owner of a Residential Construction company for over 6 years, and have been hands on with the work daily from day one. Having such an awesome mentor teach me all the ins and outs of residential construction has open many doors in the construction world for me, from small remodels, to full house builds.
