I'm happily married with one son. I was an IT project manager in the banking industry for 14 years before becoming a real estate investor. Experience: I have 11 years full time experience in real estate investing. I rehab and resell on average 30 houses a year in western WV and southeast OH. I have a small number of SFRs and a couple of apartment buildings. I have mix use commercial properties and 1100 self storage units. Real Estate Goals: To expand my rehabbing and resell business to 40 single family homes a year, expand ownership of existing storage facilities in my area, or develop new storage facilities at the rate of 1 a year. I'm also wanting to add a 50 rental units in 2019. We are also constructing a new 3 story climate control facility in 2019. Currently Seeking: Leads and deals with self storage or multi-family units.
