I am a Software Engineer. I work for Capital One in Plano Texas. I have 2 rentals in Memphis. I start focus on value-add Multi Family, starting with small 2-4 unit properties with a buy and hold strategy I would love to connect with other investors in DFW area or anywhere in the world to share real estate invest experiences. Experience: I have 2 SFH rentals. Real Estate Goals: Buy 1 SFH or 1 Multi by the end of 2019 Currently Seeking: Value-add SFH or a Multi in DFW area or any good city. Friendly investor Realtor and would be great if knowing good Contractors in DFW or any good city
