Residential investor Full time agent - residential, land, commercial (in that order) City of Fort Worth planning commissioner I started getting into real estate in 2011, bought a live in flip, wholesaled a few homes, then started flipping land. Got licensed as an agent in 2016 and was full time in real estate flipping land and working for a land brokerage around that time. In 2018 I switched gears and brokerages, I focused on working as an agent and moved from doing mostly land flips into more residential investment. In 2018 I was also given the opportunity to serve as planning commissioner in the city of Fort Worth TX where our commission is tasked with final authority over plats and development building plans. Something I thought I knew something about but the longer I serve, the more I realize I didn't know at the beginning. As an agent I enjoy working with residential investors or clients seeking land for development. As an investor I'm working towards building a portfolio of A and B rentals and interested in doing flips and new construction. I've been called into a few commercial projects as an agent and am willing to do more for clients who require land and development expertise. I hope to start doing more development projects of my own as well and am always on the lookout for suitable land in the DFW metro area.
