Located in the Tulsa Market. I grew up in Tulsa and graduated from Oral Roberts University. I have been a residential mortgage lender since 2015 serving the families of Oklahoma and the surrounding states. I started in the SFR and small multi family space purchasing homes using private bank financing on renovation loans to reposition and rent out on long term leases. Currently I am experimenting with some short term rentals to test out the market. I just closed on my first multi family deal (18 units) and looking for off market small to mid sized multi family units.
