Born and raised in Denver, CO I still haven’t found a reason to leave this amazing state. I like many others followed the American Dream in the usual formula: go to college, get a good job, buy a house, be happy. However, I always felt like something was missing, wasn't there more than this 9-5? My husband partnered in a business 5 years ago, and we started investing in it. We poured our blood, sweat, savings and tears into it, all the while I was the stable income with the W2 to keep it balanced and the banks happy. In 2015 we started listening to bigger pockets and our investing mindset started to change. My husband couldn’t scratch the itch of real estate and convinced me to go on this journey with him. We took the leap into real estate in Sept 2018, after 3 years of saving and grinding, reading and researching. We decided to buy a new primary residence and rent out our old one. I self-manage our single-family home located 10 minutes from Downtown Denver. I'm here to take the full leap into real estate investing & say good-bye to the W2. I am currently looking to expand my network in the Denver area for people who I can collaborate with and bring value to.
