Thea Linkfield

I graduated with a civil engineering degree, and work as a field engineer/estimator full time for a marine construction company. I have my Real Estate License and use it mostly for myself to buy and sell real estate. I started out with DIY flipping, and now I've moved onto short term rentals for now. My husband and I own 10 short term rental units in Jacksonville, FL and 4 units in Aguada, PR. I played division 1 soccer and track in college and like to keep a busy lifestyle. I love to travel and have been to 15 countries (North America, Asia, Europe, Central America) and 28 US states (FL, GA, AL, MS, TX, LA, SC, UT, AZ, CO, NV, CA, OR, WA, NY, KY, TN, VA, WV, MA, OH, IL, HI, NC, OK, PA, MD, NJ); and my travel goals are to visit every US state and set foot on every continent.
