I am a real estate investor, software and web developer and a stay-at-home-dad. I live in beautiful Denver, CO with my wife and 13-yr-old daughter. Experience: We own two vacation rental condos in Kihei, Maui since 2012 and have had great success with them. We are looking to add to our investment portfolio with more vacation rentals in Kihei and expand into other areas of real estate investing. Real Estate Goals: Our one main goal is to grow our net worth through real estate investing and we plan to accomplish this with more vacation rentals. To help us achieve this goal, we are going to be using rehabs/flips to provide extra capital to put towards more vacation rental properties. Currently Seeking: We are always on the lookout for more vacation rentals, but we are currently also looking for rehab/flip and rental opportunities in and around the Denver metro area.
