Greetings! My name is Curtis, I have been in the game for a few years now in different aspects. Formerly a teacher one day I decided I was going to leave the profession in order to become a full time investor. Did wholesaling independently for a while, then decided to take an opportunity with an investment group called Buy Palmetto Properties (more on them later). I have one son, named Curtis III and I am at the moment working on my MBA! Currently sales manager @ Buy Palmetto Properties, an investment group that buys and sells properties in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. As a member of the sales team, my job is to network with local investors and offer them the deals that the company does not intend on keeping for themselves. On average Buy Palmetto's acquisition team looks at over 200 deals per month, out of that 200 they focus on between 15-20%, the properties that they do not keep for themselves they market to other investors which is where I come in. I am always looking to network and build relationships as real estate isn't a house business, its a people business, so the more people I know the better off we all are! Lets get some deals done!
