New to the field, my focus for now is buying entry level cape cod and rancher type properties needing little rehabing and reselling them to other investors, 1st time buyers, and those downsizing from larger properties. Once established, my base of operation will be relocating to the Austin/Leander area of Texas where I plan to branch out into mobile home communities and storage facilitys. Actively seeking mentors/team members and more casual contacts in the industry to get me up and running, am willing to make it worth your time.
