Hey BP, One time I googled "Make money doing nothing" and sure enough passive income from real estate was the link I followed. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad a long time ago, became more interested, and began actively looking into investing. I started listening to the podcasts on here, did more reading, and sure enough decided to get my RE License.
