Hello everyone, I have been a Clevelander all my life and love this city. I have been buying and selling investment properties in this city since 2013. I am a licensed Insurance Agent and the owner of The Hoag Agency-Farmers Insurance. I am currently licensed in 15 states across the country. We sell all lines of insurance and specialize in rental properties, rehabs, and commercial. We work with investors buying their first property all the way to investors that own large developed portfolios. I also own and self-manage a rental portfolio and occasionally rehab a home or 2 each year. Landlords helping Landlords that's what its all about.
