Johnny Lynum

I am an active single-family and multifamily real estate investor, entrepreneur, author, and Founder of REI Genius, CEO of Operation Restore, Operation Invest, and Heritage Property Partners LLC. I bought my first property in 2006 and have extensive experience in program and project management, operations, marketing, and negotiations. Over my real estate investing journey, I have purchased and remodeled 40+ properties in Alexandria, VA, across the state of Alabama, and Panama City, FL markets. I currently own 120 units valued at over $14M. I still serve active duty in the United States Air Force at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. I hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration from TUI University, a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama,  and a Financial Planning and Services Certification from Northwestern University.
