I'm a career corporate analyst using my number crunching superpowers toward real estate. I run FNX Partners, a real estate company based in Northern California with locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento. The company seeks out real estate opportunities and provides management solutions for investors. FNX serves clients within the residential, commercial, and vacation space and uses a data oriented approach to investment management and value-add strategies. In the past, I've worked in the financial services and advertising industries in Silicon Valley and headed up revenue analytics with Fortune 500 companies such as CBS and Comcast. I've studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, National Taiwan University, and the University of California at Irvine. I'm looking to help investors identify and capitalize on opportunities to achieve profitable, sustainable investments in growing markets.
