I am grateful to be the Team Leader of The Nickla Group. We are a team of 12 residential and commercial real estate professionals in Northwest Indiana. We currently service over 200 clients annually for over $60 million a year in sales volume. I am also a multi-family and commercial real estate investor. This is what took me into the real estate in the first place. I quickly realized the modern day realtor is not a professional. It’s typically a hobbyist. There’s nothing wrong with this, but our team is focused on having a smaller number of agents, but the highest quality of professional. We believe a real estate transaction should be handled by a professional, and not someone looking for a side income commission. Many of us are investors ourselves and understand the process thoroughly.
