I am a licensed general contractor. My first flip property was in 1995 and was a big success. $30K in 30 days. Needless to say, I have had the real-estate bug ever since. Since then I have flipped over a hundred houses or built new ones. I now work with Ternion Homes and Ternion Remodeling. We focus on high end flips, new construction and small neighborhoods. I have a love of old houses and have brought several back to their former glory. I have been in business since 2002 and grew up in the industry. Step father was a brick mason, Brother is a plumber, another brother is an electrician, another brother is a carpenter. I am blessed because I get to do the thing that I love and get paid for it.
