Theresa Kraa

STR & LTR Investor Focused Licensed Realtor® at Corcoran Premier Realty in Central Florida. As an Investor Focused Agent, I specialize in assisting my clients to buy and sell Residential Rental Properties, for both Short Term Rentals (STR) and Long Term Rentals (LTR.) Having been a resident of one of the world's most popular tourist destinations for over 25 years, and a former Walt Disney World cast member, I offer a wide array of experience and insight to an investor who is expanding or just starting out in this area for STRs. I have a strong passion for unique vacation experiences for my own travels, so I make that my goal for my clients for their investments. To further assist my clients with STR resources, I have become a Certified Vacasa Agent as of April 2022. Vacasa specializes in property management throughout the United States and offers a comprehensive service, for those who prefer to invest in a hands-off operation. I am also a New Home Co-Broker to assist with purchasing or selling new home construction, for an investment or primary residence. To keep up with the latest news and trends, I am a member of various investor networks, on and offline, such as our local REIA, CFRI (Central Florida Realty Investors Association,) ConnectedInvestors.com, Vrolio.com, and followers of many STR investors on YouTube.  In addition to working with investors and new home sales, I am also a Vacant Land Agent. I have a strong "love of the land" and I enjoy seeing the vision of what a parcel of land can bring my clients. Many of my clients will build their own homes, start a small hobby farm, or just hold land for appreciation value throughout Central Florida. No matter what stage of life you are in, you deserve to achieve your goals, and real estate may be the key to doing it! No matter if you are buying or selling a home for yourself and your family, or are investing for wealth, I am ready to help you in that journey. I invite you to call, text, or email me today!
