I'm an investor in multiple states. I am a licensed CPA and Realtor in California. My first real estate investment was in 1990. However, 2010 was the year I jumped in with both feet acquiring a property per year through 2016. In 2018, I opened my real estate business. I continue to make personal investments in real estate as well as helping others with their real estate purchasing and selling goals. I work with many Probate and Trusts in selling estate properties as a Certified Trust and Probate Specialist. Many of these estates are sold off-market. I am always interested in connecting with investors looking for buy-and-hold properties and also those looking to flip properties.
