New to Real Estate
My husband and I purchased a fixer upper a couple years ago & started our own business the end of 2020 that I have been managing from the ground up, leaving me some time on the side to work on other projects- cue my interest in real estate. With our fixer upper well under way I have now obtained my real estate license & plan on investing using my homes equity & money I make selling real estate to fund future projects. I have been working on analyzing leads local to my area and reading as much as I can, listening to podcasts & attending webinars.
