George has been passionate for commercial & residential real estate from a young age, and took on the opportunity to break in his career in real estate while finishing up his bachelors degree at Arizona State University. George currently works for The Griggs Group Powered By The Altman Brothers in Scottsdale, AZ focusing on selling the dream he so passionately believes in. He sold over 100 million in volume since his break through year 2017 transitioning full time into residential sales. He also continued to invest in his vacation rental venture Travitude, acquiring additional value add properties throughout the Arizona market. He was also selected as a recipient of the SAAR Young Professional Network 40 Under 40 Award for 2019! Prior to that, he has experience in managing over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate in the last six years. He previously managed a Commercial portfolio of Retail, Office, Medical and Industrial buildings in the Phoenix metropolitan area for MODE Real Estate Management Services, the Property Management Team for Levrose Commercial Real Estate. He handled all the lease renewals for his portfolio and is dedicated to maximizing value for all his Clients. His hands on training began at Cutler Commercial, where he managed approximately 1 million square feet of Industrial, Retail and Office buildings for Cutler Commercial. He also co-listed both sales listings & available listings for lease in the Greater Phoenix area.
